📢 Archive Node runners
⚠️ We are aware of a bug in v1.0.32 which causes archive nodes to run as non-archive nodes, resulting in the archive database to be cleared.
If you are an archive node runner, please wait until the release of v1.0.33 before updating your node. We will release a fix early next week.
If you have already updated, once v1.0.33 is released you have 3 options for your archive node:
- Restore a backup taken before you updated
- Run a chain resync from an auto archive node
- Docker users who have setup MySQL exports can resync from their MySQL provided MySQL has not been updated since 1.0.32
**MySQL Archive Exports**
Using MySQL enables you to keep a full record of the coin history for the chain, this can be used to resync your own node without relying on an external archive node.
We recommend archive node runners use MySQL to regularly export the archive data from their node.
